right measures about 3 3/4" high.  (The girl on the right
weighs 160 lbs at 5"9" and takes a size Large)

1)  50% cotton, 50% polyester OR 100% cotton.
 (I have a few in 100% cotton, mostly XL)
2)  5.3 ounce jersey knit OR pique
3)  Contoured welt knit collar 
4)  Clean-finished placket
5)  Two or three  brown-tone "tortoise shell" look buttons OR pearlized white buttons
6)  Rib knit cuffs, double-needle hem
7)  lower seam shoulder and taped neck with reinforced stitching & side seamed construction.

The sizing runs small for a man's sizing.
For example, a man 6'2", 180 lbs. would take an
X- Large size.  The LARGE fits a woman's size 14.
