decoupaged onto the front, OR is a painted decal.
(With painted sides, it has a "B" added)

Style 1-A:
  The dog is printed  out and decoupaged on to the front.
3D paint is used to decorate the dog and bottle.   Varnish is
applied to the image and there is a brass heart charm
"hanging" from the dog's collar.  There are several
variations of this basic design.

Style 1-B:
 Style 1 PLUS FLOWERS UP THE SIDE.

Style 2-A:
